Plan Drawing & Design.

NHA Surveyors have wide experience in providing a full Architectural Design and Drawing Service for clients who wish to extend or structurally remodel their homes or commercial premises. We are particularly focused on energy efficient and eco friendly solutions.

Services begin with an initial consultation and site survey through to final production of Computer Design Drawings sufficiently detailed and specified for inviting contractors to tender bids and for obtaining Local Authority 'Planning' and 'Building Regulation' Approvals.

During the design process the client will be encouraged to contribute as much as possible in the selection of materials, finishes and spatial layout so that a final design reflects as closely as possible personal preferences aspirations and available budget.

For larger projects involving formal contracts and competetive tenders our surveyors are also able to produce Schedules of Work and Specifications to facilitate more accurate and controlled contract bids.

Architects Certificates.

NHA Surveyors are able to provide Architects Certificates for release of lenders staged payments under the terms of a formal Building Contract.

Construction Monitoring .

NHA Surveyors are able to offer a construction management service for checking that construction at all stages conforms to Planning Permission and Building Regulations and that all stages are properly completed to a satisfactory standard of workmanship. This will involve periodic site visits to monitor progress (visually), but will not normally involve any detailed checks of dimensions or testing materials. (This is not a contract administration service)
